Nomz is remaking the world of snacks with healthy, organic treats. Founded in 2013, Nomz specializes in vegan, gluten-free, and organic eats.

By 2021, Nomz was looking for more growth. The company had hit a monthly revenue of $12k in its direct-to-consumer channel, but it wasn’t finding much success in boosting revenue through paid advertising. Multiple agencies and independent marketers were unable to raise spending while remaining profitable.

In September of 2021, Nomz hired Erika based on her work with other consumer brands such as Tacticalories and Mira Care. The company set an initial spend limit of $5,000, with a loose goal of improving metrics.

Results

Erika experimented to find the right message and audience. The first month was a success, and the quarter ended up with over $80,000 in revenue, a 76% increase over the prior quarter.
